Download the 2011 Membership Dues Summary form here
If you choose to use the downloaded forms, you still must submit TWO SIGNED COPIES to the Registrar.
- Please put your registrations in an envelope. Do not put loose registrations in the box.
- Please be sure your troop number is on EVERY registration.
Please remember, all girls that are returning for the 2010-2011 Girl Scout Year must be registered no later than September 30, 2010.
Additional Things to remember:
- All Registrations must be submitted to the Registrar. Never mail or bring your registrations directly to Council.
- No girl should be participating in your troop on or after October 1, 2010 if you do not have her registration in hand.
- Each leader is responsible for depositing a troop check into the TD Bank GSCSNJ Membership Account.
Parents make checks out to your troop.
Leaders make checks out to "GSCSNJ".
I will not accept any monies, only completed and stamped deposit slips.
- A complete and accurate dues summary is required with every set of registrations you submit.
- Please remind parents that the emergency contact phone number cannot be the home phone or a Troop Leader.
- The registrations have a place for parents to fill out the Race and Ethnicity of their child.
PLEASE ask parents to fill out this information. If they neglect to fill it out, you must fill it in and check one of the VS boxes in the lower right.
GSUSA needs this information because we are a non-profit
organization and we depend on grants from the United Way to get our funding. One way to ensure that we
get funding is to prove that we offer a program to "Every Girl, Everywhere." and that's all we are trying
to do by asking for race and ethnic information.
- Do not have parents come pick up blank forms and submit them directly to me. All forms must go through the leader before they come to the Registrar.
- Please remember to double check that all forms are correct and complete information BEFORE dropping them off to me.
As fellow volunteers I count on you to do your job so that I can do mine.
Thanks for your continued cooperation.
