Note: You can click on the different areas of the form for more specific information on how to fill it out properly.

1. Your packets are available for pickup at 9 Tamara Drive in Roosevelt, NJ.
2. At your request, I will bring packets to bridging for you to pick them up there as well.
3. Early Bird deadline is still June 19th, 2009.
4. There is a drop off only box now at 223 Hickory Corner Road.
   1. Be sure to submit two copies of each signed registration.
   2. All registrations must come with a dues summary.
   3. All registrations must come with a bank stamped deposit slip. Cash and Checks are not accepted.
   4. I will pick up what is in the box every Friday at around 6PM for processing.


***This box is being placed as a convenience to you. If it is abused in any way it will be removed immediately. Patty and her family do not have blanks hidden somewhere in their home, nor can they answer your registration questions. Please respect their personal time and space. All questions in regards to registrations should be directed to the Service Unit Registrar, April Fierro.


5. Due to the lack of blank forms, Council is now allowing us to print forms from the web to use.

   If you choose to use the downloaded forms, you still must submit TWO SIGNED COPIES to the Registrar.
   
   
6. Because you can print the forms yourselves, I will not be putting blank forms in any of the boxes. However, if you do not wish to use the printable forms or if you need a large quantity of blanks, please contact me and I will make arrangements to get them to you.

Please remember, even if you are not participating in Early Bird, all girls that are returning for the 2009-2010 Girl Scout Year must be registered no later than September 15, 2009.

Additional Things to remember:

1. All Registrations must be submitted to the Registrar. Never mail or bring your registrations directly to Council.
   
   
2. No girl should be participating in your troop on or after October 1, 2008 if you do not have her registration in hand.
   
   
3. Each leader is responsible for depositing a troop check into the Commerce GSCSNJ Membership Account.

Parents make checks out to your troop.
Leaders make checks out to "GSCSNJ".
I will not accept any monies, only completed and stamped deposit slips.


4. A complete and accurate dues summary is required with every set of registrations you submit.
   
   
5. Please remind parents that the emergency contact phone number cannot be the home phone or a Troop Leader.
   
   
6. The registrations have a place for parents to fill out the Race and Ethnicity of their child. PLEASE ask parents to fill out this information. If they neglect to fill it out, you must fill it in and check one of the VS boxes in the lower right.
   
   GSUSA needs this information because we are a non-profit organization and we depend on grants from the United Way to get our funding. One way to ensure that we get funding is to prove that we offer a program to "Every Girl, Everywhere." and that's all we are trying to do by asking for race and ethnic information.
   
   
7. Do not have parents come pick up blank forms and submit them directly to me. All forms must go through the leader before they come to the Registrar.
   
   
8. Please remember to double check that all forms are correct and complete information BEFORE dropping them off to me. As fellow volunteers I count on you to do your job so that I can do mine.
