Troop 70536 Camping
Junior Troop 70536 had a wonderful camping trip to Camp Sac South
Adopt-A-Spot
Junior Troop 70536 participated in the East Windsor Adopt-A-Spot Program this year, as one of their community service projects.
The East Windsor Area Girl Scout Service Unit presented 5 persons with Service Unit awards for the 2004-2005 year. The Awards were as follows:

Outstanding Volunteer: Tom DeHaan - Tom was recognized as an outstanding volunteer for his work as a helping parent. "He drives, chaperones, and camps with us, attends every meeting....and is constantly full of good ideas and good humor."

Outstanding Volunteer: Deborah Cohen - Deborah was recognized as an outstanding volunteer for her work in her first full year as a Leader. "In her first full year as a Leader she has completed her training, attended every Leader's Meeting, and she...has planned Service Unit Events.(including the Favorite Fellow Dance and assisted in the Snow Tubing Event)"

Outstanding Service Team Member: Peggy Wingo - Peggy was recognized as an outstanding Service Team member for her administrative work. "She stocks and transports the Goody Box, which is heavy! and stepped up to chair the QSP/Nuts fundraiser. Peggy is always ready to help and is a great asset to the Service Unit."

Outstanding Service Team Member: Renee Miller - Renee was recognized as outstanding Service Team member for her work as Cookie Chair. "She volunteered and participated in all the required training. She got many comments from leaders and cookie parents telling her how smoothly things went this year."

Rookie of the Year: Bari Seigel - Bari was recognized as Rookie of the Year for her work as a new leader. "Bari has taken on her new role with a great deal of energy, planning, hard work, and compassion for developing the troop and the girls."
