To better protect the girls we serve, all adult volunteers have to take the mandatory Girl Scout Trainings. In years past it was Orientation, BLT1, BLT2, and BLT 3&4. Last year they changed the names of the trainings to Orientation to Girl Scouting, New Leader Training and Transition training. In case you weren't already confused, they are changing the names... again!

As of November 1st the mandated trainings will be:

Orientation to Girl Scouting
Leadership Essentials
Continuing the Excellence

Leaders must also take Overnight Adventures, Outdoor Skills I and Outdoor Skills II in order to bring the girls on overnights or camping. These classes (previously offered as BLT3&4 Troop Camper Combo) will remain the same as they were last year.

If you need some more clarity, you can check out this document or email your level consultant for additional help.
